What if I’ve never had coaching before?
No worries at all! We start where you are. We help reduce stress, not add to it. When we connect with you, the Genieus Team will walk you through the process. You will have a confidential space to ask any question. Most importantly, coaching is an experience about your growth, so anything you contribute only improves the process.
How do I know your coaching process is a fit?
Like what you see so far? That's a good sign! We would love to connect to discuss what you specifically need. We have a diverse team so that we can match different styles and expectations.
What if we’ve never done process mapping before?
Process mapping can seem intimidating, but our experts are here to simplify and Ferpect the Process. Nothing has to be perfect, we start wherever you are even if you've never documented a process. When you have your first call, we field your questions and ask some of our own. When we Ferpect the Process, we use a human approach so that you can find clarity. Head over to the services tab and select "Ferpect the process" for more information. Then, let us know when you're ready for more.
How does scheduling work?
We are flexible to work with your schedule to meet in person or virtually. We also love to travel, so even though we're based in the Southeast US, we will come to you. At the beginning of your process, we will outline a schedule that works fluidly for you and for us. We'd love to hear more.
What if we already have operational manuals?
Then we start there. We help you streamline. You've already done the hard work, so we integrate into your process. You don't have to backtrack. We catch up quickly and add to the momentum.
How long does a typical coaching engagement last?
It depends on which process you select and what exactly your challenges are. For example, "Trust. the Process." starts as an 8 month coaching contract. All of the Genieus Coaches bring specific talents and expertise to our clients. After a thorough discovery session, we pair our team members with yours for the most constructive coaching experience.
What are your project prices?
Price is a very common question due to the customizable efforts we provide. Fee structure can be a tough question to answer without first getting a better understanding of what your challenges and expectations are. We do however work with you and your budget. We want to build a partnership to make sure that our engagement with you is an investment that adds value. When your company is ready to discuss taking action, we are ready to talk.
Do you really do it ALL?
No! Absolutely not, no one does! We've discovered our niche of people + process. Because we don't do it all, we focus our attention on each client and their specific needs. That's why we offer flexibility and custom options within our services.
What does coaching involve?
Our brand of coaching typically involves either one-on-one Momentum Meetings and connections up and down your reporting line. Or it could be a group coaching for one event or a series on a particular topic. Individual coaching and group coaching are different in strategy and implementation. However, in either scenario, we focus on topics/area of growth that you or your team specifically need right now. It is a collaborative process every step of the way.
What is process mapping?
Process mapping is a tool used to streamline your operations and communications. We work with you and your teams to clearly document everything you do in your business in real time. We literally (digitally or on crumpled paper) draw maps and create steps. You begin to see the gaps and where you immediately can make changes for the good! From there, we use your maps to link with related processes, hand-offs, the efforts of cross-functional teams - AND the bottom line. Your entire operation benefits by visually managing what you do every day - and helps you eliminate duplication of services - not to mention excess communications.
